Shipping Information
Most orders leave our warehouse usually 3-10 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 14 days from the date the order is received. We ship most of our orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) and USPS(United States Postal Service. UPS and USPS does not Guarantee delivery by a certain date when using ground shipping 3 day Select or US mail, parcel post. If your purchase is required to be received by a certain specified date, we highly recommend that you select Next day saver or 2 Day air shipping option instead of ground services, and this is just for products that are in stock at our warehouse.

We ship all our shipments via the services that United Parcel Service and USPS provides to all its customers. UPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date, the 7-10 business shipping time frame is only a guideline. UPS does guarantee all air shipments such as 3day select. 2nd day and Next day, when selected by the customer, will ship using the selected air service, in the event UPS delivers the package late, only the portion of the the air services will be credited back to the customer. Please allow about 5-14 business days to receive your order from the date you ordered it. Normal processing time still applies even in air shipments.
